- ) Visit our online catalog and click on 'No Library Card?' in the top right-hand corner. Fill in your name and address information.
- ) Visit your local branch with a photo ID to receive your brand new library card.
- ) Start borrowing books, audiobooks, DVDs, music and access our online services! Ask our friendly library staff to find out what's new.
Anyone who lives, works, goes to school, or owns land in Caddo Parish may register for a library card. Active military personnel (including spouses and children) may also register.
