If an item is checked out to someone else, or is available at another branch, you may place a hold on the item and have it delivered to your local branch when it is available.
- Visit iBistro and log into your account by entering your User ID and PIN.
- Search for the material.
- Click on the "Place Hold" link.
- Choose your pickup location.
- Click "Place Hold".
