Find Your Female Ancestors during Women’s History Month

Find Your Female Ancestors during Women's History Month

March is Women’s History Month, and we are celebrating with a series of special programs to help you discover your female heritage. Our Genealogy Department will visit six branches for a Women’s History Month Genealogy Roadshow featuring the program “Finding Female Ancestors.”

Discovering your family history can be challenging enough but finding your female ancestors may prove uniquely difficult. Learn tips and techniques for tracing the female line. Our Genealogy Department will be on hand to introduce you to resources available to research your family history and provide a lesson in how to research the female side of your family.

Join us for any one of these programs during the following days and times.
