Shreve Memorial Library programming resumes Monday, February 21 with the return of indoor library programs. Shreve Memorial Library patrons are invited to visit the library to enjoy story times, after school STEAM programs, craft workshops, computer classes and more. All programs are free and open to the public; however, registration may be required.
In addition, library patrons are also able to reserve and use the library’s meeting rooms and study rooms. Meeting rooms are available at all full-time Shreve Memorial Library branches. Meeting rooms can be used for studying, informal meetings, seminars, workshops, presentations, and forums. Additionally, several Shreve Memorial Library branches have study rooms available for study groups or private tutoring. Meeting rooms and study rooms can be reserved online or by calling the branches directly.
Shreve Memorial Library temporarily halted library programs and the use of meeting and study rooms due to a surge in COVID-19 cases in the area. However as COVID-19 cases continue to decline and mask mandates are lifted, the library will once again offer indoor programs. Masks are also no longer required to enter library branches.
