Grown-up recess break! Participants will learn about the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of hooping, enjoy a circus-style hoopdance performance, then grab a hoop and practice some moves. If you think you can't or if you've tried before and couldn't do it-this for YOU! This program is for adults.
