Learn about Virtual Student Library Cards

Shreve Memorial Library has partnered with Caddo Parish Public Schools to offer a virtual student library card to all enrolled students. Students only need to have their student ID number to use the virtual student library cards.

The virtual student library cards provide students with standard access to the library's physical collection and the ability to check out up to five items at any given time. The virtual student library cards also provide student with access to online, educational resources such as Homework Louisiana and the World Book Encyclopedia Online. 

There are no fines associated with the virtual student library cards, and parents can opt out if they do not wish to use the service.

If you have any questions about this service, please ask at your local branch of Shreve Memorial Library. Students who wish to use these cards will need to have their student ID number when they visit the branch.
